Legal Defense
Minnesota FOP members, both active and retired, are afforded the opportunity to purchase legal defense coverage to fit their own needs. Members are offered the following legal defense options:
- National Legal Defense Plan - On Duty Coverage
- National Legal Defense Plan - Retired Conceal Carry
- MN FOP Legal Defense Plan - Off Duty Coverage
The MN FOP LDP is the only legal defense plan to offer OFF DUTY criminal, civil and administrative coverage for members and their spouse.
MN FOP Foundation
Members of the Minnesota Fraternal Order of Police have the opportunity to support law enforcement through a variety of projects, initiatives and scholarships.
The MN FOP Foundation stands ready to assist members in their time of need. As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the MN FOP Foundation is able to accept tax deductible donations and transfer funds to members or their family when tragedy strikes.
